Based out of Hampden our focus area is the greater Bangor and Penobscot area!

In 2015 both my husband and I lost our fathers 90 days apart. During that time the house and contents became overwhelming with everything else going on. Being in stationed a distance away time and trust became the problem.
With that our identification of a need to help families reduce the stress of managing contents of a house became our focus. We can work with you, your family, your executor to effectively transition your home through one of our real estate partners or work with your own. Based out of Hampden, servicing the greater Bangor Area our goal is to eliminate the overwhelming feeling and be your full-service estate sale company. Let us manage your personal property removal, junk removal, residential cleaning or home turn over. While estate sales are our specialty, we offer a tailored solution to your present situation.
Our process is simple. The estate sale pays for additional services. There is no upfront cost. We do the marketing, promotion, facilitate the sale, and support the transition. We can do all three services together or provide focus on only one if you prefer.

For the last 20 years my husband and I have been a part of the Army. While his service is ending, we want to transition to another form of service, serving families in Maine. We are built on trust, compassion and motivation to get the job done right, fast, and respectfully.
